Standard lead time is between 5-10 business days (in the UK) if order is placed by noon and all items are in stock.

All deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.00pm. Pallet deliveries must be signed for where possible. 

For failed deliveries carriage charges will be applied for re-delivery.

The delivery driver is not responsible for unpacking, and disposing of the packing, or assembling of furniture, unless white glove service is purchased and agreed (subject to agreement and cost). For more information on the white glove service please contact us.
