Delivery Information

We typically complete deliveries within a range of 7 to 14 business days, with an average turnaround time of 10 business days. (Item depending)

If you need your order in a hurry, we’re here to help! Just reach out to us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to work with your preferred delivery date. Keep in mind that for express deliveries, there will be an additional surcharge.                                                                     

Delivery within mainland UK is free, but please note that additional charges will apply for delivery to Northern Ireland. 

You have the option to initiate returns within a 14-day period, but it's essential to retain all the original packaging. Please be aware that returns cannot be arranged without the preservation of the original packaging. For more information, refer to the details provided.

Although breakages during delivery are infrequent, if such an incident occurs, we will replace the item(s) at no cost to you!

When you proceed to checkout, kindly choose the appropriate option to prevent any potential delays in the processing of your order. Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you require any assistance in this regard.

Preparing for your delivery

Our standard delivery time frame falls within 7 to 14 working days, with larger, fragile, heavy, and awkward items requiring a bit more time due to the necessity of specialised delivery companies.

In the event of items being out of stock, we will promptly inform you and provide confirmation of the anticipated delivery schedule. Our free standard delivery service is available on weekdays between 8 am and 8 pm. If you require expedited delivery, kindly inform us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

We will send you an email when your order is being prepared for shipping. If there are delays in delivery, we'll reach out to confirm the estimated arrival time. Please note that standard delivery is to the ground floor only. If you require delivery to a specific room (utilising a two-person team), an additional fee applies, so be sure to select the appropriate option during checkout. Inform us if the delivery location is a high-floor apartment.

In the event of a delivery failure...

Failed deliveries unfortunately come with a cost. With route planning, vehicle space allocation, drivers road time, there are costs which we cannot claw back. If you need to make changes to your delivery date, please give us plenty of notice so we can avoid lost fees. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or re-schedule a delivery to avoid incurring extra fees.

Upon its arrival...

Upon the arrival of your item(s), kindly conduct a thorough inspection promptly. Although infrequent, items can occasionally sustain damage during transit. If you notice any damage within 24 hours of receiving your item, please inform us so that we can swiftly arrange for a complimentary collection and replacement of the affected item(s).

Our return policy spans 14 days. If you decide to return your item(s) for any reason, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll initiate the return process. You have the option to return it independently or have us arrange collection for a fee, which can be subtracted from the final refund. It's essential to retain the packaging of the items until you're certain about keeping them.

Certain items may necessitate minor assembly, and we regret to inform you that our drivers are unable to assist with this due to insurance restrictions. If you have any queries regarding the assembly requirements of your item, we recommend reaching out to us before making a purchase. We strongly advise inspecting all components of items that require minor assembly before assembly or disposing of the packaging, as failing to do so might impact our ability to accept return or replacement requests.

 

Collections

If you'd like to pick up your order, you're welcome to do so! Our headquarters is open on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm, but please make an appointment in advance.

For orders paid with debit or credit cards, we might conduct additional address verification checks before collection. Make sure to bring a valid photo ID like a passport or driver's license.

When you collect items, they will be presumed to be in perfect condition. We cannot be held responsible if any damage is discovered after you've received the items, especially if we didn't handle the delivery.

 

Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel an order up to 7 days after confirmation of receiving your order provided you give us written notice and the order has not been dispatched once the order has been dispatched cancellation is not applicable you will have the return the item as per our returns policy. To cancel an order please contact us.

Bespoke orders are not liable for cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
