While we strive to ensure your purchase meets your expectations, we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our returns and replacements process is straightforward, professional, and designed with your convenience in mind.


Change of Mind

If an item is not right for your home, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must remain in brand-new, resalable condition, unassembled, and returned with all original packaging. Return requests must be submitted through our online returns form, as requests by telephone cannot be accepted.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please notify us within twenty-four hours of delivery and include photographs via our online form. While the matter is being resolved, retain the item and all packaging to ensure safe handling. Faulty or damaged products will be replaced at no cost. If a replacement is declined, the return will be treated as a change of mind, and standard return fees will apply. If the issue arises from an error on our part or during delivery, we will cover the cost of returning the item.

 

Packaging Requirements

Please do not dispose of any packaging until you are certain you are keeping the item. Returns may be refused, or a re-packaging fee may be applied if packaging is missing. Ensuring items are returned with all original packaging protects them in transit and helps maintain resale value.

 

Large or Fragile Items

Items such as mirrors, large furniture, or delicate goods require specialist handling. Collection fees will apply to exceptionally large or heavy items, depending on the size, weight, fragility, and location. Customers may arrange their own Return, but adequate insurance is strongly recommended, as many couriers exclude glass and mirrored items from coverage.

 

Refunds

All returned items must include their original packaging. Missing packaging may result in a deduction of up to twenty percent from the refund, and additional deductions may apply if damage occurs due to insufficient protection. Delivery charges may be deducted in cases where orders are cancelled after dispatch or cannot be delivered due to access issues. Returns involving discounted or bulk-buy orders may affect applied discounts, and refunds will be adjusted accordingly. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take up to seven working days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To maintain hygiene and fairness, certain items are excluded from returns. These include partially assembled furniture, used or unsealed pillows, mattress protectors, All beds, and bespoke or made-to-order items clearly marked as custom.

Return terms may differ for trade and business-to-business orders. Customers are advised to consult our trade terms or contact us prior to placing an order.
